Ronald Brannan, 66, of Hanceville, died Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Baptist Medical Center-Princeton in Birmingham. He was born June 11, 1941 in Cullman County to Buell Percy and Lola Irene Whitaker Brannan. Survivors include his wife, Marie Brannan of Hanceville; a son, Jason (Amanda) Brannan of Birmingham; a daughter, Amy Brannan of Providence, RI; two sisters, Shelba (Van) Hughes and Joyce Corbin, both of Cullman; a brother, Jerry Brannan of Cullman; and three grandchildren, Jacob, Jackson and Brooke Brannon.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.Pallbearers will be Blaine, Shane and Delane Corbin; Bruce Hughes, Bill Brannan and Jason Brannan.
