Timothy George Mowery Nieder, age 46, of Park Ridge, IL, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at his brother's home. He was a businessman who had a visionary with the Rockford region of Dream Team Basketball Tournament, a 10-13 week summer youth basketball camp and tournament that would annually draw thousands of families, players and coaches to the Rock River Valley. Loving former husband of Vickie (nee Glienna) Nieder. Cherished father of Michael, Jonathan, Nicole and Alexa. Dear son of Delores Leona (nee Smith) Nieder and the late Robert William Mowery. Dearest brother of Robert William (Kathy) Mowery, Tammi (Michael) Noto, Elizabeth (Stefan) Zajczenko, the late Judith Ann and John Antheney Mowery. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation was offered on Monday, January 18, 2010 from 3-9 PM at the Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, 120 South Northwest Highway, Park Ridge, IL 60068. The prayer service was arranged in the funeral home on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 9:15 AM followed by a funeral mass conducted at 10 AM in Mary Seat of Wisdom Catholic Church, 920 Granville Avenue, Park Ridge, IL 60068.
