Survivors include daughters, Gail Ann Murphy, Janis Faye Hudson and her husband, James and Sandra Eldene Ballew and her husband, Steve; sons, Johnny Murphy and his wife, Jewel, Gary W. Murphy and his wife, Debbie, Jack N. Murphy, William L. Murphy and his wife, Laura, Floyd L. Murphy and Daniel L. Murphy. She also leaves numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and a host of friends.
