Gabriele "Gabby" Chaffee Obituary
On Monday, October 30, 2023 Gabby Chaffee, 77, passed at 6:10 pm at Memorial Hospital in Savannah.
Gabby was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her 8 children. Gabby was an avid lover of soccer which she coached for many years. She enjoyed spending some of her time with many friends in the bingo hall as well as the German Coffee Club, Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America, and many other organizations. Gabby will be truly missed but always remembered and loved by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adna R. Chaffee, IV.
A memorial will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Flemington. Gabby's final resting place will be at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville where she will be laid to rest with her husband on Monday at 3:00 pm.
