Marjorie Lee "Margie", of Vidor, went on to be with her Lord and Savior on February 6, 2008, after a long illness.

Margie was pianist at Shiloh Baptist Church in Vidor for many years. The remarkable thing about her talent was she "played by ear" and never took a day of piano lessons. Her lessons were from God himself. She loved the old Hymns.

Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Sadler and son-in-law Seth Sadler, two sons, Charles Spell, Jr., Ronnie Spell Sr. and daughter-in-law Dot Spell, two brothers, Robert Claiborne and his wife Mary Ann and Jerry Claiborne and his wife Pat. She has six grandchildren and fifteengreat-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Emma Claiborne.
