She was born on April 13, 1890, at Sweetwater, Ill., and spent her early years there. In 1931 she married Edward Mullen in Illinois. They made their home at Mansfield, Mo., until 1941 when they moved to Jericho Springs, Mo.
Mr. Mullen died in 1949. In 1951 she moved to Chelan where she worked for a number of years as a cook. For 16 years Mrs. Mullen provided day care for children until her retirement three years ago.
Surviving are two sons, Bernie, of Manson, and Bill, of Chelan; two grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
