"Heart Attack Fatal To Dominico Zaro
A heart attack was fatal to Dominico Zaro, 67, an employee of the Marin Municipal Water District, Saturday morning as he was at work in Ross. He was rushed to the Ross General Hospital following the attack, and died there within a short time after arrival.
Zaro had resided in San Rafael for 40 years and for the past 15 years had been in the employ of the water district. He was born in Italy.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaritae Zaro; four daughters – Mrs. Carolina Casini, Mrs. Louise Regalia, Mrs. Theresa Villa and Mrs. Mary Malosetti – and a son, Charles Zaro.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 8:45 at the mortuary of Keaton & Dusel, and thence to St. Raphael's Church, where a requiem mass was sung for the repose of his soul. Interment took place at Mount Olivet Cemetery."
