Carol (Wiggs) Craig, age 76 of Porter, IN passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 in Chesterton, IN. She was born on November 8, 1945 in Valparaiso, IN to Harold and Betty Mae (Reynolds) Wiggs.
Carol is survived by her children, Lewis "Jay" T. Craig Jr., William (Miranda) Horn Jr. and Thomas (Melody) Horn; grandchildren, Jackson Craig, Angel Craig, William Horn, Amelia Kelly, Evelyn Kelly, D'Anna Benson, Tobias Horn and great-granddaughter, Addyline Craig. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis T. Craig Sr.; father, Harold Wiggs; mother, Betty Mae Wiggs.
Carol was married for over 42 years to her husband Lewis Craig before his passing in 2018. She was a dispatcher/clerk for Porter Police Department.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Augsburg Lutheran Church, 100 N. Mineral Springs Rd., Porter, IN 46304 with Pastor Erik Bernth officiating. Burial to take place at Angelcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm. Arrangements made by Edmonds & Evens Funeral Home, Chesterton, IN.
