Wife of Daniel Spencer. Died aged 66y 2m 11d.Record of Will The Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Polly Spencer of the village of Spencer, Town of Ogden & County of Monroe state of New York. I Polly Spencer considering the uncertainly of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory (Blessed by Almighty God for name) do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (That is so say) First, I desire to be decently buried in Fairfield cemetry with suitable monument as grave stones Second That's all just claims against me and funeral expenses be granted Third I give and bequeath unto my elder son Joseph A. Spencer all the rest and residue of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever of which nature kind and quality ?????? Fourth Thereby nominate and appoint my beloved and trully sons, Joseph A. Spencer & Libbeus F. Spencer executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seals the twenty first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty four. Polly her X mark Spencer The above instrument of one half sheet was at the date thereof now here subscribed by Polly Spencer the testative in the presence of each of us and was at the same time declared by her to be her last will and testament.
