His wife, Edna Horsley Fuller; and a sister and brother preceded him in death.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda Rae Miller of West Point; four grandchildren, David Wayne Miller, Edward Cyril Miller, Rebecca Lynne Miller Wyatt and Debra Sue Miller; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, at 2pm, in Washington Memorial Park, Sandston, VA. The family received friends on Wednesday, from 6pm to 8pm, at Vincent Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 417 11th Street, West Point, VA.
