Norma C. Perry died of natural causes on February 5, 2001. She was born in Salt Lake City, UT. on January 2, 1928 to Ruth Hutchinson and Burton Butler, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Perry.

She is survived by her sister, Kay Butler and by her children, Jack (Linda) Coffman, John (Geri) Perry Jr., Celia (Kelly) Nelson, Joe Perry, Gina (Bret) Williams, and Tina (Lynne) Nelson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren who will miss her dearly, and eight great-grandchildren, whom she adored.

Our mother was an artist and a free spirit. The things she loved most in life were her children, her pets, Democrats and the Chicago Cubs. She was a sensitive person who cared very much about the kinds of things in life that most others don't even think about. She faced and met many challenges in her life. We're very proud of her! She will be missed!

A memorial service will be held Thursday 11 a.m. at Neil O'Donnell & Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, where friends may call from 10:30-11 a.m., also at the mortuary. Graveside service at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1342 East 500 South.
