Daughter of Joseph Rosky (Yurasofsky) and Elizabeth Dzurenda 1864-1932.

Married abt. 1904, to Augustine "August" Bednar (1881-1918). Per 1910 Federal Census, resided in Pittston, Luzerne County, he was a coal miner, born in Austria, his burial has not been located.
Their children: Helen (Kurtzo) (Kuczo), Joseph, Mary (Buttafogo), John J., August, and Verna Bednar.

Mary married secondly to Andrew Pisco 1889-1953.
Their children: William, Irene (Svetovich) 1921-1994, and Andrew Pisco.

Mary (Bednar) Pisco died Thursday in Laurel Hill Nursing Home, Dunmore. Her husband Andrew died in 1953, and her first husband August died in 1918. Born in Dupont, to Joseph and Elizabeth Rosky, she was a member of Holy Family Church.
Funeral Monday from John Chipak Funeral Home, mass 9:30 a.m., from Holy Family Church. Interment, parish cemetery, Throop.
Remaining are four daughters, three sons, sister: Verna Keiper of Blakeslee, ten grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren. Her son Andrew Pisco died on March 2.
