Mr. Glenn Jackson, 65, of Sylvester, died on Friday, September 17, 2021 at his residence.

The funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the Evergreen Baptist Church, interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The Rev. Todd Brooks will officiate.

Mr. Jackson was born on January 26, 1956 in Albany, GA, to the late Robert Heywood Jackson, and Katie Taylor Walker. He had lived in Worth County for the past 54 years, and was retired from Southern Ag Company, where he worked as a dispatcher. Mr. Jackson enjoyed hunting, fishing, making knives, and raising chickens. He loved spending time with his friends, and family, especially his grandchildren and great grandson. Mr. Jackson was a member of the Evergreen Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene Roberts Jackson of Sylvester; children, David Jackson (Alison) of Sylvester, Robert Dale (Leigh) of Pelham, Kevin Jackson (Katherine) of Atlanta, and Pam Mullis (Chad) of Sylvester; grandchildren, Miranda Jackson, Ivy Jackson, Michael Dale, Bailey Dale, Tyler Mullis, Bella Mullis and a great-grandson, Logan Cook.

Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Joyner.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 3:00 PM until the service hour at Evergreen Baptist Church.
