Hyde Genealogy, Vol. I, by Reuben Hyde Walworth, pg 41 &42; print, Albany, NY . 1864 (Google Books): IV. JANE HYDE, born at Norwich West Farms (now Franklin), Conn., 4 Dec. 1704, the daughter of Thomas Hyde the first, and Mary Backus of Norwich, was a granddaughter of Samuel Hyde the first, and Jane Lee of Norwich. She married 20 March, 1728, John Birchard, b. 20 April, 1704 at Norwich, third son of James Birchard and Elizabeth Beckwith... John Birchard and Jane Hyde, his wife, settled at Norwich where she died 5 Dec., 1754 and was buried in the old Throop Cemetery at Bozrah. Their children were: [vii.] Phebe, 25 Feb., 1737 at Norwich; m. 29 May 1760, Jacob Worthington at Bozrah, who d. 25 Sept., 1763. They had one daughter, Mary, b. 10 July, 1761.

Vital Records of Dalton, Massachusetts, to the year 1850, edited by Henry Ernest Woods, pg 70 - Deaths; print, Boston, MA • 1906: CHAMBERLIN. Phebe, w. Joseph, Aug. 28, 1831, in 96th y. G.R.1.

Note: I'm having issue with the Chamberlain name change between recs v. stone etchings. But the past historical society did find the names on the stones to state Chamberlin. Same thing with the Burchard family, at this area, they were "Birchard". ❥ This memorial can be transferred to family.
