Marion Briskey, 92 passed away on March 2, 2021. She was born February 5, 1929 to Elvie Hyde Yancy and Velva Ruby Lyons. She was the oldest of seven children. She was proceeded in death by her younger sister Denise Matson. Her other sisters are Velva Campbell, and Gwen Bardsley. Her brothers are Bill Yancy, Hugh Yancey, and Stanly Yancey.

She is survived by her three children, Larry Dean Kegel, Gayle (Maud) Marie Hudson, and William Bruce Kegel. She has 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

She was a faithful and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. Served in many callings over the year. She sang to troops with the USO in her younger days. Liked to camp and fish. She was a single mother most of her life and worked very hard to care for her family which she loved dearly. She was independent and took her children on many trips in life camping and seeing the beauties this world has to offer. She was much loved and gave her whole heart to Church and Family, she will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery, 100 West 600 North, Pleasant Grove, Utah. Family and friends may attend a viewing at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. prior to the graveside. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, masks and social distancing are required. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.oplinmortuary.com
