Denise Matson, 87, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on 03 November 2019.
She was born to parents Elvie Yancey and Velva Lyons, on 09 March 1932 in Seattle, Washington.
She enjoyed sharing her love of Christmas with all of her family and friends. Denise went out of her way to make sure no one ever felt left out during Christmastime.
Denise met Elven Matson during her high school years. They were married on August 7, 1953 in Nampa, Idaho. Together they raised 7 children: Terry Morgan, Jeanne Matson, Jaynne Matson, Jeffery Matson, Deborah Paulukaitis, Bonnie Embry, Michael Matson.
She was preceded in death by Jeffery (Karla) Matson, son; Jesse Morgan, grandson; Brandon Paulukaitis, grandson; and Kendall Embry, grandson.
