Graveside service will be 10 a.m. today at Memory Hill Cemetery with the Rev. O. D. Barrett officiating and Kent Thornton Funeral Home directing. A visitation will follow the service at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
Mrs. Golson was born Feb. 9, 1908 in Geneva County, the daughter of Will Moore and Lizzie Clark Moore. She was a lifetime resident of this area and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wyatt W. Golson, an infant daughter, Lois Lucille, and a grandson, Bruce Watkins.
Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Wilton Golson, Miss, Lloyd and Inez Golson, Dothan; three daughters and sons-in-law, Anne and Robert Mason, Iowa; Jo Patterson, Florida; Audrey and Bill Lamar, Dothan; nine grandchildren, several great and great-great-grandchildren, one brother, Dallas Moore, Hartford; several nieces and nephews.
