Obituary of Carmen Santiago

Carmen Santiago, 79, of Haledon, passed away on October 22, 2020. Carmen was born in Guanica, Puerto Rico on September 7, 1941 to the late Victor and Haydee (Ortiz) Santiago. Carmen was a loving and devoted homemaker to her large family. She was the beloved mother of Warren Lay, James Kinney, Anthony "Tony" Lay, Maria Roman and Jessica Ramos and the late John Lay. She was the treasured grandmother of Warren Lay, Alexander Lay, James Kinney, Ashley Ramos Clarissa Pittelli and Mariana Lay. Carmen was the dear sister of Luz Santiago-Dugas, Margie Santiago-Gomez, and Angel Santiago she was predecased by Elsie Santiago-Rios, Victor Santiago, Raphael Santiago, Iris Santiago-Clark, Ramon Santiago and Vitin Santiago - II.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 25th from 2:00-6:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. Cremation will be private at the request of the family.
