Raymond Beaulieu
GROTON -- Raymond E. Beaulieu, 52, of 21 West Elderkin Avenue, was dead on arrival at Pequot Treatment Center, Saturday morning.
He apparently was stricken while driving on Eastern Point Road, near Pfizer's Inc. at 10:25 a.m. Police said his car went off the road and stuck a fence.
Byles-Groton Memorial Home is in charge of arrangements which are incomplete.

GROTON -- Funeral arrangements have been completed for Raymond E. Beaulieu, 52, of 21 West Elderkin avenue, who was dead on arrival Saturday at the Pequot Treatment Center.
The funeral will be at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday from the Byles-Groton Memorial Home to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at Sacred Hear Church. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, New London with military honors,
Calling hours at 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday.
Donations may be made in his memory to the National Elks Foundation, care of Groton Lodge of Elks, 700 Shennecossett Road.
Mr. Beaulieu was the operator of J. P. Beaulieu & Sons Flooring contractors, working mostly at Pfizer's, Inc,
He was a charter member and past exalted ruler of the Groton Lodge of Elks. He attended the Armstrong school in Lancaster, Pa. and was a marine Corps.. veteran of the Korean War.
A native of Groton, he was born August 28, 1932, the son of Joseph P. and Mary Walsh Beaulieu.
Survivors include two sons, Mark and Allan Beaulieu, both of Groton, two daughters, Nancy of Massachusetts, and Mary of Ledyard and two brothers, George of Bethany, Oklahoma, and J. Paul Beaulieu of Los Angeles, California.
