Born Dec. 12, 1932, in Lebanon, Pa., he was a son of the late Harry and Margaret (Klick) Bomberger.
He is survived by his wife, Josephine (Spangler) Bomberger, whom he married May 5, 1956, six children, David and Kim Bomberger, John and Sally Bomberger, Tom Bomberger, Mark and Dianne Bomberger, James and Lisa Bomberger, Daniel and Denise Bomberger, and Sarah and Scott Bargo, fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Cynthia Bomberger.
Ralph loved farming and was a farmer all his life.
He was a veteran of the US Army, serving from Dec. 14, 1953 until Nov. 22,1955
He attended A New Beginning Community Church.
A private graveside service and interment will be held at New Church Hill Cemetery, Port Royal, at the convenience of the family with Rev. Frank Swartz officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
