Christian H. Bomberger, 89, of Harrisburg died Tuesday in Polyclinic Hospital.
He was a retired state police lieutenant and criminologist and a graduate of the former Pennsylvania State College.
He was the widower of Kathryn Ranelli Bomberger. Surviving are a son, Henry A. of Mount Joy; a sister, Hilda Creager of Santa Ana, Calif.; two brothers, George of Palmyra and Robert of Reno, Nev.; five stepbrothers, Ralph, Donald, William, Harry and Eward, all of Harrisburg; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
