Bill Hembree. 60 of Pineville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on June 9, 1959, and was the son of Billy Don and Shelby Jean Greene Hembree. Bill was a member of Centers Branch Baptist Church and the Bell Masonic Lodge #691. He worked as a coal miner.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Shelby Jean Greene Hembree.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn McCloud Hembree; daughter, Brooke Schultz and husband, Matthew; grandson, Tytus Schultz; father and step-mother, Billy Don and Eula Hembree; sister, Vicki Cinnamon and husband, David; brother and sister-in-law, Tim McCloud and Karla McCloud; nieces, Courtney Middleton and husband, Merle, Taylor Byrd and husband Matthew, and Traci Rowland and husband, Jonathan; great-nieces, Bayleigh, Hayleigh and Gracie; great-nephew, Christian and Jaxson; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Due to the government mandate on public congregations during the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will have private funeral services Thursday evening, March 19 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Rose and Rev. A.Y. Mills. Music will be by Jessica Dunn. A private graveside funeral service will be held at the Hembree Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Greene, Charles Greene, Dennis Ballew, Matthew Schultz, Joe Taylor, and Gib Taylor. Honorary pallbearers are George Emery, Tim McCloud, David Cinnamon, Digger Ballew and Tony Goodin.
