This 2nd marriage occurred at Newark, Tioga Co., NY, November 24, 1825.
Electa Tracy was the daughter of James & Martha (Blackman) Tracy and granddaughter of both Lt. Nathaniel Tracy and Abraham Blackman, Revolutionary soldiers.
She was a 4th-great-granddaughter of one of the "Pilgrim Fathers" Stephen Tracy and his wife Tryphosa Lee.
