Freddy Cintron, Jr., also known as “Junito” was born on August 29th, 1989 to Priscilla Rivera and Alfredo Cintron Crespo in Paterson, NJ at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Our angel was sent to us in the form of a beautiful baby boy. He was always small in height but had a heart that was huge. We wish he were here with us forever, but this was temporary, for God knows what he does.

Junito lived in Paterson, NJ for the majority of his life and he lived in Manchester, NH for a few years as well. He attended Public Schools #15 and #2. He went to Silk City Academy during his teenage years and graduated in 2008. Junito was very artistic. He also loved his Spanish “salsa” music. He enjoyed playing dominos and video games.

Contemplating on his life, one thing I can say, is that throughout his life, even as a child, he was raised being shown that God is the higher power and to depend on him. Junito had his personal relationship with God. Life had its ups and downs for him as it has for us all. He learned how to be able to deal with the situations he was going through silently. He was quiet and to himself. But one thing is for sure, he maintained that positive mindset throughout it all. He maintained his faith in God and kept pushing. We all had our great memories with Junito. We had our moments where we laughed together, cried together, hung out together, went to church together and partied together. We created memories together. It was the little things that we dwell on now
that at the time we thought wasn’t that important. He will stay in our hearts forever and will be missed a great deal.

I close my eyes and think about you. The way you would smile and the way you would laugh. The way you always greeted us when we came to see the family. He would have have his earbuds in his ears and a smile on his face. Our angel was here temporarily. He was here for a life lesson to us all. Love each other. Be united. Be positive, even when the world and everything around us is falling. Be strong and courageous. Do as he did. Be David, in front of Goliath.

Freddy will truly be missed and loved by us all. If I let myself keep going, I won’t ever a period to my sentence, so I will end saying this. This is not a goodbye, it is only “till next time”. May his memories live on on our hearts, and may we move on with our lives, slowly at our own pace. Just remember that our “Junito” is in a better place, off of this world full of corruption and pain. He is safe and away from it all. He loved us and always reminded us of that. What he would have wanted would be for us to be happy. Just remember as the days feel longer, and when you think you will never be able to see him again; the day will come when we will meet again. May you rest in paradise angel of ours. You are gone for now but will never be forgotten.

Our beloved Freddy Cintron, Jr. was a kind, positive, warm hearted and caring man. He was and will continue to be loved by his parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends.
