William "Bill" Browning age 71, of Ft Myers, FL passed away on February 27, 2019. He served proudly in the US Marine Corps from 1966-1969, serving 2 tours in Vietnam. Bill was awarded the Purple Heart, Good Conduct Metal, Presidential Unit Citation, and National Defense Service Medal. He is preceded in death by wife, Teresa Browning; brothers, Harold and Robert Browning; parents, William and Ona Faye Browning. Bill is survived by his children, Tina (Michael) Milano and David Browning; grandchildren, Alexa Sims, Brian Gordon II, Connor Gordon, and Elizabeth Gordon; great grandchildren, Cameron Browning and Izabella Sims; siblings, Alice (Tom) Newhouse and Wesley (Terri) Browning. A memorial service will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Ft Myers, FL 33913 on Saturday, March 9th at 2pm. For information call, 239-334-4880.
