BENNINGTON - Annette Ferron, 94, died Dec. 10, 2007, at Bennington Health and Rehab, following a long illness.
Born in Central Falls, R.I., Sept. 28, 1913, she was the daughter of Rodigue and Mary (Quoiteau) Lalime.
She graduated from St. Cecelia's School in Pawtucket, R.I., with the class of 1930.
She married Eugene LaMontagne, who died in 1959. Later, she married Wilbrod Ferron, who died in 1980.
In earlier years, Mrs. Ferron was employed as an office manager at Wakeford Mills in Pawtucket, R.I., until the time of her retirement.
She was a member of St. Matthew's Church in Central Falls and the Altar Guild, as well as the LaSalette Mission Club at LaSalette Shrine in Attleboro, Mass.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Lamontagne of Oakhurst, Calif., and Paul Lamontagne of Bennington; two grandchildren; two sisters, Estelle Robinshaw of Cumberland, R.I., and Doris Lalime of Pawtucket, R.I.; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by a granddaughter and several brothers and sisters.
The funeral will begin with a prayer at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Mahar & Son Funeral Home, followed by the Mass at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart St. Francis de Sales Church.
Friends may call from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket, R.I.
