Mrs. Cordelia Nilson, 61, of 23 Cataract St., Cohoes, active in veterans auxiliary organizations, died at Albany Medical Center Hospital after a long illness. Mrs. Nilson lived in Albany for several years before removing to Cohoes five years ago. She had worked for the Troy District Shirt Company in Cohoes and later at the Ideal Toy Company, Albany. Mrs. Nilson was a communicant of St. Agnes' Church, Cohoes, and belonged to the National Woman's Relief Corps Auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic and to the Ladies Auxiliary of the Army and Navy Union. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Harvey (Mary) Bouleris of Cohoes, Mrs. Martin (Helen) Depoian of Bell, CA, Mrs. Elmer (Martha) Burnash of Albany and Mrs. Frank (Theresa) Gorelski of Cohoes; and three brothers, Alfred Jourdanais of Cohoes, William Jourdanais of Halfmoon and Thomas Jourdanis of Waterford, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mrs. Eva Reynolds of Albany and Edward Jourdanais of Dunkirk.
