I HAVE DECIDED TO ENTER ALL INFORMATION I CAN FIND, RESEARCHED OR HAVE BEEN SHARED THAT I CAN RECALL SO FUTURE GENERATIONS DO NOT LOSE THIS VALUABLE LOVING INFORMATION! I am trying to do the best and most respectful thing my soulmate would have loved I believe! I LOVE THIS FAMILY FOR ALWAYS! I will forever love Poland. It took many years of searching and Vincent did not live long enough to just missing finding out whom his grandparents and some of his great grandparents were. He did wonder and wished he had asked his mom more questions. I pray he is at peace now until we are together again in heaven.
Last name SKI IS FOR THE MALE AND SKA IS FOR THE FEMALE IN POLISH NAMES.

Maria (MARY) Nadarzyńska was the daughter of Julian Nadarzyński and Marianna Karaszewska. She was born on the 20th of August 1907 in Trzaski, county Sierpc (this is probably Trzaski in Zuromin county today: https://www.google.com/maps/place/09-320+Trzaski/@53.0015729,20.0215871,15z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x471c52075d6ed2dd:0x13c996d1f7ec4744 , daughter of Julian Nadarzyński and Maria Karaszewska.

My Life soulmate told me. Forgive any lapse in my memory.
Mary witnessed some terrible things. Many lit candles and closed curtains in fear. Some of what is remembered; Much second hand told memories have been forgotten after all these years!
Mary saw a little boy trying to get food for his mom from his own tree from his own yard.
The gestapo took the boys parents to the end of the town square and murdered his parents in front of the young boy from the way it was understood.
They saw wagons of bodies being wheeled by their homes.

Mary's only son, born in a dp camp said she shared many of these stories with him, but after many years have passed, he has forgotten. And, these were very difficult memories.

Later, Mary and Zygmunt divorced while Mary and her children lived in Illinois. Mary later married Albert Siembab, and Zygmunt went on to marry a second wife whom he is in a mausoleum with also named Mary(Mary A).

Zygmunt and Mary's son, Vincent states the following; We were supposed to go to Australia but I caught the mumps and we came here to America instead.
(I thought it was polio but he states it was mumps).

UPDATE: docs were found by a dear stranger Zbigniew Stettner. One was a request to go to Argentina. (Maybe this was the location and not Australia?, or not all docs have been found?) According to a book I read, Argentina was prospering at one point and I would guess jobs were available, however I was not their snd I could be incorrect.

NOTE: One document I have reads Maria Nadarzynska and another reads Maria Krajewska geborene Nadarzeniska

UPDATE: Nadarzyńska is the correct Polish spelling. I think Nadarzeniska was German way of spelling and Geborene is the German way of meaning Nee or maiden name though names are spelled differently in German than Poland as well as other countries.

ANY ASSISTANCE ON HER NAME, especially "geborene" and parents location of birth are appreciated. I AM AT A BLOCK UNLESS AT LEAST ONE PARENTS LOCATION OF BIRTH IS KNOWN.
Sincere Thank You! ~Kathleen

Hello! Thanks for reviewing this edit. Guess I was questioning if Geborene was actually a middle name or if it simply meant "née" or "born" as it does in German. I see a lot of headstones with Geb. Smith, with Smith being the birth (maiden) name.

I'm not family. Thanks for creating this memorial and for your contributions to this site.

Zbigniew Stettler whom in short order contributed priceless valuable information I've been searching for for decades. Without you, we would have never known our loved ones grandparents, some great grandparents (precious generations of Zygmunt & Mary! You are my hero! God bless you I pray!
