Funeral services for Margaret Josephine "Josie" Freeman, 67, of West Helena, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 30, 2006, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena. The Reverend Rebecca Wiseman will officiate. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6-9 p.m. at Roller-Citizens.
Josie was a member of the West Helena United Methodist Church, employed by Wal-Mart for 20 years, was a member of the Eastern Star, and was a member of the Women's Bowling Association for over 40 years.
She is survived by her husband Alfred Freeman of West Helena; a son, Jonathan Todd Freeman and wife, Kelli, of West Monroe, LA; sisters, Bert Freeman of West Helena and Bonnie Cox of Harrisburg, AR; 5 brothers, James Authur Massy, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, W.A. Massey of Byhalia, MS, Donald Ray Massey of Springfield, MO, Marvin Massey of Trumann, AR, and Jerry Massey of El Paso, AR; 2 grandchildren, Jonathan and Massey Freeman of West Monroe, LA.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home (870) 572-2571.
