DIED AT SEA. The British steamship Ottawa, from Manchester, England, arrived at this port today after a stormy passage of 15 days. The captain reported the death of the third mate, Henry Allen, aged 63 years, of Derby, England, on New Year’s eve. Death was due to heart failure.
