Mrs. F. Paglialong Sr. Mrs. Alice Straw Paglialong. 69. of 412 E. Divison St. died June 3. 1978, in St. Francis Hospital after an illness. She was born on Oct. 13, 1908. in New Castle to the late Charles and Grace Fields Straw. Mrs. Paglialong was a member of St. Vitus Church She is survived by her husband Frank Paglialong whom she married May 9. 1926; five sons, Charles. Theodore, Eugene, Frank Jr.. all of New Castle, and Raymond of Chicago. 111.; a daughter Mrs. Andrew (Frances) Hruska of New Castle; 15 grandchildren and seven great­ grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers Paul Straw and Frank Straw, and a sister Mrs. Mary D'Errico. Friends will be received at the Edward A. and Donald G. DeCarbo Funeral Home. S. Mill and PI Lutton streets, from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Vitus Church by the Rev. Msgr. Joseph Fabbri. The procession will leave the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday for the church. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
