I decided to make a Memorial for Mattie, am sure she has to be buried in the Cemetery as is most of the Lamkin family.
Mattie died of Diphtheria at age 18 as did some of her half siblings around the same time.
I sent off for a copy of her birth and death records, her death cert. gives no place of burial, also has her parents as Thomas and Amanda Lampkin. Thomas was her Father but Amanda was her Stepmother, her Mother was Sarah Elizabeth (Bettie) McCraw Lamkin who died when Mattie was a small child.
