DES MOINES, Iowa —
The adoptive brother of Sabrina Ray is out of prison after serving 3 years of a 10 year sentence, that began in 2018. He is now in a work-release program after serving time for his role in the 16-year-old's starvation death.
A judge sentenced Justin Ray to 10 years behind bars after admitting to drop kicking and pushing Sabrina Ray down a flight of stairs.
