Jennie Siracusa Principi, 71, of Hillandale Rd. Brookfield, widow of Samuel J. Principi, Sr., passed away Wednesday August 18, 1971. Services will take place Saturday at 9:00am in the First Assembly of God church, Danbury. Buriel will be in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport, Conn.
She was born in Sicily, Italy and immigrated to the U.S. as a young woman. Mrs. Principi lived in Bridgeport with her husband for 45 years before they moved to Miami for 8 years then to Danbury 7 years ago.
She is survived by three sons, Samuel F. Principi, Jr., of Cocoa Beach, FL, Joseph Salvo of Newtown, and Emmanuel Salvo of Trumbull, Connecticut, and two daughters, Jean Salvo Salvino of Stratford, and Frances Principi Mariano of Danbury; A brother, Michael Siracusa of Tukahoe NY, a sister Mrs. Rose LaPlaca of Stratford; 26 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
