Jerry is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Cristin and Phil Taylor, of McDonough, GA; granddaughters, Morgan and Ansley Taylor, of McDonough, GA ; and a sister, Ann Elstan, of McDonough, GA. Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
