She married George Bowen, her husband of 67 loved years and became,

Eleanor Herbert Bowen, aged just over 108 1/2 , her husband of 67 years, George, predeceased her.
Survived by her children Tony (Eileen), and Peter (Kathie), nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. A tax paying resident of the Borough of Park Ridge, Bergen County, New Jersey for 80 years.
She loved and was an active member in the Golden Age Club of Northern New Jersey, Inc., our Lady of Mercy parish community. You would see her walking to 8:30 AM daily Roman Catholic Christian Mass this was called the 8:30 brunch. Long time member of Rosary Society, served as President of P.T.O. Funeral Mass was 11:30 AM on Tuesday July 18th, 2017 A.D. at Our Lady of Mercy R. C. Church, Pascack Road, Park Ridge 07656.
