Wanda "T" King, age 80, of Berry, Kentucky, died Saturday, May 13, 2017, at her residence. She was born in Bourbon County, Kentucky, on August 21, 1936, to the late Clarence W. Rose and Talitha J. Fitzpatrick Rose. She was a former owner and operator of Brannock's Store, in Kelat, and a member of the Benson United Methodist Church and Quilting Club.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by: a daughter, Lori J. Parks; four brothers, George "Buster" Rose, Milton Rose, Stanley Rose and Deward Rose; and three sisters Lucille Komara, Lelia Dorda and Katherine Alderman. She is survived by: her husband of 62 years, Jack R. King; a son, Tim R. (Tammy) King, of Indiana; a daughter, Sandra T. (Gary) Hill, of Florida; two sisters, Juanita Paschal, of Michigan, and Billie Wells, of Georgetown; six grandchildren, Jason (Alisha) Jones, Travis (Emilie) Jones, Kelsea King, Kendall King, Jackie (Jason) King and Nelson Parks; five great-grandchildren, Austin Jones, Zander Jones, Melilla Jones, Lydia Jones and Aaron King; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Mike Jones and Travis Jones, with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery. Memorial contribution may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 1317 US Highway 62 East, Cynthiana, Kentucky, 41031. Active pallbearers will be Tim King, Jason Jones, Nelson Parks, Dave Parks, Austin Jones and Gary Hill. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Fisher, Mike Sumpter, Jason King, Gary Hedger, Barry Roseberry and Grover Roseberry.
