Raul Delgado, 63, of San Diego died Wednesday. He was born in Yorktown, Texas. Mr. Delgado worked as an electronics engineer, and had served in the Air Force. He was a member of Toastmasters.
Survivors include his wife, Valentina Delgado; daughters Maria Osuna, Leticia Figueroa, Dulcinea Canning, Sabrina A. Delgado and Gina A. Egly; sons Raul A. Delgado and Alejandro and Oscar O'Campo; mother, Dolores Quintanilla; sister, Dolores Quintanilla; and 23 grandchildren.
No services are planned.
