THERESSA E. COOPER died June 16, 2004 in Tequesta, Florida. Theressa was born on July 31, 1909 in Muskegon and was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, FRED G. COOPER. Theressa was active in the Muskegon Woman's Club, The Girl Scouts, Hackley Free Bed, Service League, Muskegon Country Club, and Johnathan's Landing Country Club. She will be remembered by her family and friends as a dedicated worker, a gentle sweet giving soul and a lady in every sense of the word, and perhaps most of all for her beautiful smile. Theressa is survived by her daughters, SANDRA (JEFF) EYKE of Tequesta, FL and JUDITH (LARRY) DOUGLAS of Lenexa, KS; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, JACK WORKMAN of Muskegon; and sisters, GLADYS LEGARD of Muskegon and RUTH PERKINS of San Diego, CA. She will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held on July 31, 2004 at 10:00am at the Central United Methodist Church, 210 Second St., Muskegon, MI.
