GIBSON, JESSIE STAMPER , 80, of LaGrange, passed away Tuesday, January 16,2007 at Oak Tree Hospital in LaGrange. She was preceded in death by her parents, James C. Stamper and Ruthina Ritchie Stamper; her husband, Dennis Gibson; brothers, James, Tom, Jack and Claude; and her sister, Marie. She leaves behind sisters, Exilee Hill and Martha Combs; a son, Tom Gibson; daughters, Pam Keibler, Joyce Gunnell and Annette Howard; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home in Martin, KY, with interment in the Gibson Cemetery in Raven, KY. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday from 5-8 p.m. A memorial service will be held in LaGrange at a date to be announced later. Contributions to the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation, P.O. Box 587, Annapolis, MD, 21404-0587 are encouraged. The family wishes to thank the staff of Oak Tree Hospital and Baptist Hospital Northeast for their kindness and tender loving care. Special thanks to Dr. Kemparajurs, Dr. Green and Dr. Choudry.

GIBSON, JESSIE STAMPER , 80, of LaGrange, KY, passed away January 16, 2007, after a long struggle with Myleodysplastic Syndrome, a rare bone marrow, blood disease. She touched the lives of many people. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Saturday at LaGrange Baptist Church, 1139 Commerce Pkwy., LaGrange. All are welcome to attend.
