Mrs. Theron DuBois died at her home in Maple avenue, Highland, Saturday at 12:45 p.m. She was born in Lloyd 77 years ago and had lived in Lloyd and Highland all her life. She was an active worker in the First Methodist Church until ill health forced her to retire. She is survived by her husband, who was engaged in the antique business in Main street for a number of years; three sons, George DuBois, a teacher at Fonda; Charles L. DuBois, cashier of the First National Bank of Highland, ant T. Edward DuBois, New York city; one daughter, Elizabeth, wife of Harry Weezenaar of Maple avenue, Highland; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held from her home Tuesday afternoon at 2:30. The Rev. Obed Mace of the Methodist Church officiated. Burial was in Highland cemetery. Bearers were Edward Ackley, R.J. Deyo, Herman Davis and Daniel H. Kurtz, neighbors of Mrs. Dubois.
