Joseph was the youngest of 13 brothers and sisters. Survived by children, Patrick Devine, Silver Spring, Md.; and Maura Devine, Johnstown; also granddaughters, Annalese and Adelena Tinari. Joseph was a Lawrence Academy alumnus and a retired police officer with the Scituate, Mass., Police Department. Friends will be received from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Francis G.
