Cassandra was first married to John Wilson Hoops about 1849. Her 1850 census in New Castle, Lawrence, Pennsylvania shows her living with her first husband, John W Hoops (lines 11 and 12).

After John passed away in 1860 Cassandra married Charles M Stewart about 1862 and Charles passed away in 1864.

She is shown as Cassander (Cassandra) Stewart's in the 1865 New Brighton, Beaver, Pennsylvania US Tax Record (third down on the left).

Cassandra's 1870 census shows her as Cassandra Stewart a widow living with her mother, Elizabeth Anderson (lines 32 and 34).

Her third marriage was to William B Lemmon about 1871 and he passed away before their 1880 census.

Cassandra's 1880 census shows her as Cassandra Lemmon a widow living with her mother, Elizabeth Anderson, and granddaughter, Bertha Reno.

"Cassandra Lemmon formally known as Cassandra Stewart" is mentioned in her brother-in-law's, Andrew Stewart's 1881 Will. Andrew's younger brother is Charles M Stewart who passed away in 1864 and was Cassandra's second husband.
