Mabel Wawarofsky FISHER 86, passed away January 2, 2007.

She was owner and operator of Fisher Florist for over 60 years. Mabel was a member of FTD, Allied Florist of Houston, and past president of Texas State Florist Association. She also was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.

Mabel is preceded in death by her husband Wayne Fisher; son, Forrest W. Fisher; and granddaughter, Shannon C. Fisher.

She is survived by her grandson Matthew W. Fisher; brother, Neal Wawarofsky along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held 6:00 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2006 at Earthman Hunters Creek Funeral Home, 8303 Katy Freeway.

The funeral service was at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 6, 2006 in the Chapel of Earthman Hunters Creek Funeral Home.

Intermentl followed at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mabel lived to be 86 years, 4 months and 18 days old.
