The death angel has again visited our neighborhood and taken from us Sister Cassinday Shaw. She lived to the ripe age of 65 years. She was born in Alabama. She professed religion 30 yrs ago and lived a faithful member of the Methodist Church. Three children survive her, two sons and one daughter, one having died several years ago.
The body was laid to rest at Sunny Point Sunday evening, Jan 21, in the presence of a large concourse of friends who came to pay their respect to one who stood high in their affections.
