Wilson was the son of Robert M. and Isabella (Brown) Wilson, and was born in the Sharon community on Sep. 28, 1864. On Oct. 15, 1919, he was married to Matilda R. Orr. They were married in Cedar Rapids.
Wilson was a member of the Christian church.
Surviving are his wife and two daughters; Mrs. Mary Charlotte McDonald, Sioux City, and Mrs. Naomi E. Dotson, of Lincoln, IL.
Eight brothers and sisters and two grandchildren died previously.
The body will lie in state at the Wilson residence Thursday, and last rites will be conducted at the Fry Chapel at 2:30 Friday afternoon.
Burial will be in Kossuth Cemetery.
