Billy Vineyard Breeding, age 54, of Fisty, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Carrie, Kentucky from injuries sustained in an ATV accident. He was born in LaGrange, Indiana on January 23, 1962 to Afton Breeding and Celia Prater Breeding.
He was the long time Chief of the Fisty Vol Fire and Rescue Department and co-owner of Kentucky Work and Western Wear.
