Morris Rosen, for a quarter of a century a merchant in Manchester, passed away at his home, 4722 Stanton Ave., Thursday, March 17, after a prolonged illness. Mr. Rosen was active in Jewish charitable organizations. He was one of the founders and for 17 years president of the Pilskover Free Loan Association.
He is survived by his widow, Mary Rosen; six sons, Joseph, Nathan, Max, Samuel, Harry and Raymond.; two daughters, Mrs. Goldie Natter of New York and Mrs. Kate Lerner of Pittsburgh and ten grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday, March 20th, at the Ralph Schugar Chapel, 5509 Center Avenue.
