Lillie Page was born on 14 May 1893, in Hopkins County, Kentucky, daughter of Augustus G and Sallie Mabrey Page. She had at least five siblings: John Lee, Menon, Minnie, Mattie Ethel and Charlie Madison.
In 1921, Lillie married Bud Fugate, son of Comadore and Martha Bell Pidcock Fugate. They had three children: Thomas Ray and stillborn twins Derrel Deen and Jerl Jean*. Lillie died three days after the twins birth on 14 August 1928 at age 35.
