RENEE WAS THE FIRST OF THE GRANDCHILDREN, SHE WAS MY OLDEST NEICE. NAYNAY, ALWAYS WORE HER HAPPY FACE. SO FULL OF LIFE. SHE WAS THE MOTHER OF 3 BOYS. THE YOUNGEST DARRIN, WAS VERY YOUNG WHEN HIS DAD, DONNIE COX , DIED IN 1991. RENEE PICKED UP THE TORCH AND TRUDGED ONWARD, MAKING DARRIN AND THE OLDER BOYS DENNIS AND DAVID HER WHOLE LIFE. MY OLDEST SON CAME ON SATURDAY FOR RENEE'S MEMORIAL SERVICE AND THEN HE WAS KILLED THE FOLLOWING SAT. WE MISS THEM ALL. AUNT ROSIE


Renee Waldock Cox, 41, died Monday, August 18, 1997, at her home.
She was born in St. Augustine and was a lifelong resident of Putnam County. She was quite active in her youngest son's school. She enjoyed miniature crafts and cooking for her family especially Sunday dinner.
Survivors include her sons, David Leon Cox of Commerce, Ga., Dennis William Cox and Darian Ray Cox, both of Interlachen; parents, Iris and Raymond Waldock of Interlacneh; brothers, Sharn W. Waldock and Francis Kevin Waldock, both of Interlachen, Aaron W Waldock of Jacksonville; sister, Yvette Watkins of Palatka.
Funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m. at the Paran Baptist Church in Grandin, Fla.
